Job Description

Royalton Reserve Assisted Living is seeking a COTA to join our team in North Royalton! We are looking for a committed COTA to act as the patient's partner throughout their journey of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

Skills and Experience Needed:

Proven work experience as a COTA Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment best practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior with residents, their support system & our team at Larchwood Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice in Ohio.

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
