Summary We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our compassionate team at Heritage Village of Waterville. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting patients with their rehabilitation goals, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. This position comes with a starting pay rate of $30 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times based on caseload. This opportunity is a PRN position but may require you to see clients at multiple communities in a dedicated area. vaccines Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Support residents in daily activities to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the occupational therapist.

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
