This full-time contract role offers 35 hours per week, working across multiple school locations with a variety of age groups. Make a difference as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and help young learners achieve their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

Active COTA license valid in Pennsylvania Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-based therapy (preferred) Understanding of school OT principles and best practices Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with educators, families, and other clinicians Adaptable and comfortable working in multiple locations with diverse student populations Effective organizational and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support goal-setting and therapy plan implementation tailored to individual students IEPs Assist with evaluation, direct intervention, and progress monitoring Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and communicate observations to the wider educational and therapy teams Travel between school sites within Bethlehem, Allentown, and surrounding areas as scheduled
