Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care
Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist
Educate residents, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Attend required meetings and follow all professional and regulatory standards Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in PA, in good standing
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Make a meaningful difference in residents' lives while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN role.
