Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Troy, PA Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapy professionals in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care environment. Position Details Full-Time In-House Rehabilitation Program Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) Collaborative interdisciplinary team Consistent caseload and supportive leadership New Graduates Encouraged to Apply Qualifications Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required Technology Net Health EMR Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Assist residents in improving functional independence and quality of life Accurately document treatments and patient progress Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Professional growth opportunities In-house therapy program focused on patient outcomes Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
