Occupational Therapist (OTR) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Clinic-Based Position | Frisco, TX | Consistent Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Daytime Schedule Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the supportive, purpose-driven team at Building Bridges Through Communication (BBTC)! We are seeking an OTR or COTA to join our growing outpatient clinic serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This is a part-time, clinic-based position working 3 days per week in our Frisco clinic.
Compensation:
COTA:
Starting at $45/hour
OTR:
Starting at $53/hour Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and qualifications. At BBTC, we specialize in helping adults with developmental and congenital disabilities improve functional independence through individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy. Our focus includes ADLs, functional life skills, sensory-based interventions, fine motor development, and meaningful participation in everyday activities. Qualifications:
For OTR Applicants Current Texas Occupational Therapist license For COTA Applicants Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Texas COTA license
