In this full-time role, you work directly alongside supervising Occupational Therapists to carry out daily therapy schedules and guide patients through daily living retraining. Your focus centers on hands-on treatment sessions and tracking physical progress during recovery. Responsibilities Lead residents through daily functional tasks and therapeutic mobility drills as outlined by supervising OTs. Train residents on adaptive equipment and self-care techniques to build post-rehab independence. Complete timely EHR documentation after each session, logging functional gains and measurable physical progress. Coordinate care updates directly with floor nurses and therapy colleagues. Prepare treatment spaces and therapeutic tools prior to patient sessions to maintain smooth shift flow.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at 31-37/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

Full-Time (Monday-Friday). Some weekend availability may be required.

CPR / BLS
