Daily floor responsibilities center on carrying out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist to rebuild strength and physical function. You will record resident progress in electronic charting systems and coordinate directly with nursing staff during daily routines. Responsibilities Implement individual occupational therapy plans established by the Supervising Occupational Therapist. Assist residents with adaptive equipment usage and daily living retraining. Document resident treatment progress and measurements in the electronic medical record system. Communicate care updates directly to nursing staff and rehab team members. Maintain clean therapy areas and sanitize equipment after resident sessions.
