Responsibilities Assist our residents in developing engaging activities and executing resident treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and functional training to enhance daily living skills. Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records (EHR) management systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Support behavioral interventions for patients with cognitive or emotional challenges, encouraging engagement and participation. Provide therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and adaptive techniques to promote meaningful daily support. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with clients from culturally diverse communities, respecting individual backgrounds and preferences to foster trust and cooperation. Skills Proven ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to respond swiftly in emergency situations. Experience with resident care and long term care facilities. Strong patient care skills combined with excellent client communication abilities that build rapport and motivate patients throughout their journey.
