No experience necessary, training will be provided. There are opportunities to advance your career and support will be offered.

Responsibilities may include:

answering phones/emails and directing calls to the appropriate team member scheduling appointments running entrance testing for the doctors office administration (scanning, filing, etc.) assisting in lens/frame selection assisting in optical management Office is open Monday through Friday with staggered hours, earliest 8:30 AM and latest 6:30 PM. Office assistant will be working with other team members for a seamless patient experience.
