However, extensive training will be provided for the candidate that fits the values and operation of our practice. Ophthalmic and/or optometric full patient work up AND Scribe skills in an eye care clinic Customer service skills Experience working with patients Experience in all aspects of ophthalmology, COT or COA preferred. Electronic Medical Records We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ophthalmic Technician, with strong Scribe experience to join our Ophthalmology practice. Responsibilities Accurately document patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans during ophthalmology visits. Assist with patient intake procedures, including taking vital signs, IOP, refractions, dilations and diagnostic testing such as VF, OCT, etc. Utilize EMR systems such as Nextech to document patient information Scribe or be willing to learn how to scribe for Doctors in practice
