We are looking for a Full Time Ophthalmic Imager who is caring and compassionate, motivated and eager to learn, looking for a patient-centered, team-focused workplace, and wants to help make a difference in others' lives. Many of our patients have very complicated health problems that may not be limited to the eye. These patients come to us for specialized care and vision saving treatment. As an ophthalmic imager you will play an important role in the well-being of our patients; providing them with high quality care, being a calming and knowledgeable health professional, and helping them through their eye health journey. Job duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for coordinating photography and diagnostic services and performing ophthalmic photography for diagnostic, documentation, and education purposes in the ophthalmology clinic. Must be willing to travel to our satellite locations as well. Ophthalmology/Medical experience preferred but not required. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits.

Job Type:

Full-time Minimum Education/Certification Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Must complete departmental certification as outlined by RSM's certification policy. All expenses related to required certification are covered by RSM through its educational funding program. BLS Certification within six months of hire. Minimum Background Requirements One year of experience in medical practice is preferred. Experience in ophthalmology is preferred. Physical Demands Mobility & Physical Activity Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to push patients in wheelchairs and assist with mobility needs. Dexterity & Computer Use Ability to view and type computer data efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and electronic systems.
