We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual to join our team in a dual role as an Ophthalmic Technician / Receptionist . If you love interacting with people of all ages and want a fulfilling career in healthcare, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do In this role, you will be the doctor's right hand, focusing heavily on clinical pre-testing and patient workups, alongside light administrative support.
Your day-to-day will include:
Clinical Pre-Testing:
Operating specialized diagnostic equipment (auto-refractors, tonometer, retinal imaging, etc.) to prepare patients for their exams.
Patient Workups:
Gathering medical histories, documenting chief complaints, and testing visual acuity for patients of all age groups.
Contact Lens Care:
Assisting with contact lens insertions, removals, and patient education training.
Cross-Functional Support:
Assisting the front desk when needed by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in/out.

Learn:
You enjoy working with technical equipment and excel in a fast-paced medical environment. Experienced (Preferred): Prior experience as an optical/ophthalmic technician or medical assistant is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
