Responsibilities Greets and Completes patient work-up, including: collection of chief complaint, obtain medical and ocular history, vision screening, lensometry, etc. Perform tests including, but not limited to: Visual Fields, OCT, MPOD Charts medical data and testing results in patient's EHR. Performs telephone triage to assess urgent versus emergent needs. Promptly responds to messages from patients, pharmacists, and other doctors as well as perform prior authorizations for medications. Restocks and cleans exam rooms after patient care. Demonstrates willingness and ability to cross train (Sales experience a plus) Demonstrates experience and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Must be proficient with computer and related software programs. Strong interpersonal and patient relations skills
