We are seeking enthusiastic, patient-focused individuals to fill our Optical Sales and Front Office Associate roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk:
Greet patients, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming front office experience.
Administrative Care:
Maintain accurate records, manage insurance verifications, and handle pre-authorizations smoothly.
Style & Styling Consultation:
Help customers select frames and lenses that match their unique lifestyle, preferences, and prescription.
Technical Eye Care:
Learn to take precise measurements, dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear, and assist contact lens patients.
Team Collaboration:
Actively participate in paid training events and maintain a clean, collaborative, and organized environment.
Successful candidate will:
