Groton, CT Part-time Contract Role Compensation :
$36/hourJob Responsibilities :
Advise customers on styles and types of eyewear that best suit their individual needs. Accurately fit and order eyeglasses based on the provided prescriptions. Communicate and educate customers on company safety eyewear policies and subsidy information. Diligently evaluate all incoming glasses for accuracy and damage. Immediately notify vendors for any issues or inform customers when their eyewear is ready for collection. Efficiently manage daily paperwork and administrative duties. Answer customer phone calls promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing queries.Requirements :
Must be a licensed CT optician.Exceptional interpersonal skills:
ability to establish rapport with clients. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Familiarity with VisionWeb software is a significant advantage. #ECL Job Types:
