Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear and lenses. Ensure accurate fitting of glasses and contact lenses. Maintain knowledge of optical products and services. Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with optometrists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients about proper eyewear maintenance and usage. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an optician or in a similar role within the optical field. Strong knowledge of ophthalmology, optical products, and medical terminology. Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
