Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with frame selection and provide expert advice on various lens types and features.
Fit and adjust frames for optimal comfort and vision correction.
Instruct patients on the use and care of contact lenses.
Verify vision and medical insurance benefits.
Process payments for services and products.
Utilize insurance plans to ensure patients receive appropriate coverage for goods and services.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment.
Be prepared to fill in at multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in optical or retail sales (preferred but not required).
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with practice management software (a plus).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
