Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame selection and provide expert advice on various lens types and features.
- Fit and adjust frames for optimal comfort and vision correction.
- Instruct patients on the use and care of contact lenses.
- Verify vision and medical insurance benefits.
- Process payments for services and products.
- Utilize insurance plans to ensure patients receive appropriate coverage for goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment.
- Be prepared to fill in at multiple locations as needed.
Work Hours:
Monday:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Tuesday:
7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Wednesday:
9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Thursday:
7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Friday:
7:00 AM- 2:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in optical or retail sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with practice management software (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
