Job Overview Responsible to analyze a patient's facial shape, prescription, and lifestyle to recommend the most functional and fashionable eyewear. This role requires strong communication, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a patient centered approach. Must enjoy working in customer service and sales, have a passion for patient care and precision, and the ability to assist in decision making while keeping patient's needs at the forefront. Support the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Great River Eye Clinic. Responsibilities Answer telephone promptly and professionally and obtain prescription for in-store customers. Identify customer's needs through Lifestyle selling techniques and match frame to customer's face shape and prescription. Stock, clean, and straighten displays; clean and organize the entire store, ensure frames are ticketed properly Adjust and repair eyewear and process defective, spoiled, and cannibalized frames Adhere to privacy and confidential and proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA) Other duties as assigned by management to include opening/closing procedures as well as cross-training This position will work between 35 and 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri at both or Baxter and Crosby locations Benefits includes 70% employer paid health insurance, IRA matching, holiday and vacation pay after introductory period is completed, along with many other benefits Compensation Compensation will be based on years of experience ABO Certification will be eligible for higher compensation
