Full-time Join our family-run, patient-focused optometry practice where quality care and personalized service come first.

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Optician or Frame Stylist. Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Our opticians are vital team members and assist in the efficient flow of the office and improve the patient experience while providing outstanding personal customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear, including frames and lenses
Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear
Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
Collaborate with optometrists to provide comprehensive eye care services
Maintain accurate records of patient prescriptions and orders
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Optical experience preferred, but not required Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in the optical field-salary commensurate with experience Enjoy working in a welcoming, professional environment where you can build long-term relationships with patients and grow your career.
