Available Help for . Full job description We need an energetic outgoing individual with great customer service skills. We will train the right person. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow. This is heavily focus on Sales and Customer Service. Here are day to day expectations
Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients' needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available
Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and personal preferences
Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear
Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
Adjust and repair eyeglasses as needed
Assist with frame selection and styling to meet customer's needs and preferences
Maintain inventory of eyewear and order new stock as needed
Schedule appointments and manage customer records in the optical systems ```Skills```
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
Strong knowledge of anatomy, specifically related to the eyes and visual system
Familiarity with medical billing processes for insurance claims related to vision care services
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patients
Ability to perform basic vital signs measurements, such as visual acuity testing
Knowledge of senior care considerations when working with older patients
Retail management skills to effectively manage inventory and sales Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
