In this energetic role, you will combine your passion for optics, customer service, and healthcare to assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear, ensure accurate prescriptions, and provide expert fittings. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their eyewear needs through active listening and professional consultation from doctor Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on lens options, frame styles, and proper eyewear care Dispense spectacle lenses and adjust eyewear frames to ensure optimal fit and comfort Conduct eyewear fittings, including measuring pupillary distance and verifying prescription accuracy using optical equipment Assist with laboratory processes such as lens edging, mounting, and quality control to ensure precise optical standards Operate computer systems to complete all necessary transactions for patients Requirements Retail sales experience combined with excellent customer service skills to foster positive client interactions Basic math skills for measurements, prescriptions calculations, and financial transactions Experience in optometry or ophthalmology settings is highly desirable but training is available for the right candidate Join us as an Eyewear Specialist where your expertise will help transform lives through better vision!
