Job Description
Optometrist (OD) Our client is a busy, patient-focused MD/OD practice known for high-quality care and staff retention. Join a stable team where you can grow your career without sacrificing your evenings and weekends. What You'll Do Practice full-scope optometry, working alongside ophthalmology See approximately 4 patients per hour, supported by a dedicated technician Provide comprehensive eye exams and manage a variety of ocular conditions Opportunity to build a niche in dry eye management, myopia control, or specialty contact lenses (experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement) Schedule Monday-Friday No late evenings No weekends Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $145,000+, commensurate with experience Production-based bonus opportunity Full benefits package What We're Looking For Licensed Optometrist (OD) Comfortable practicing full scope Experience with dry eye, myopia management, or specialty contact lenses is a plus, but not required Team player who thrives in a collaborative, low-turnover practice environment Why This Role Stands Out Predictable, family-friendly schedule Technician support for efficient patient flow Strong earning potential through base + production bonus Stable, low-turnover team culture Full scope practice alongside MD colleagues Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD) Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations Diagnose disease and vision disorders Counsel patients regarding their vision needs Requirements of the Optometrist (OD) Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) License to practice in the state of MA Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to thrive in a team environment To apply please email your CV / resume to sbeveridge@etsvision.com
