Position:

Care Advocate Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday:

2:30 pm - 6:30 pm (2-hour lunch)

Tuesday & Thursday:

6:45 am - 4:45 pm (1.5-hour lunch) Fridays off

/anchorfamilychiro Our Care Advocate is a patient's guide from their first consultation through long-term wellness care. Your job is to build excitement about their care and help clear anything that might get in the way. This is a highly patient-facing role, with some front desk support as needed. Lead new patient consultations and help families feel at ease. Present wellness care plans clearly and confidently, including care options and payment. Help patients set health goals and celebrate progress with them. Schedule and guide patients through reassessments. Notice when a patient is struggling or losing momentum, and step in to help. Answer questions and address concerns with patience and kindness. Support front desk tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling, and phones. Help with children while parents are with the doctors. Support occasional community outreach events.

Qualifications:

A positive, bubbly personality who naturally finds the good. Confident communication. Calm and kind. A genuine love for babies, kids, pregnant moms, and families.
