What You'll Do As An Insurance Navigator:
Primary duties: Support clients in accessing and maintaining health insurance coverage Assist with Medicaid and Marketplace applications, renewals, and eligibility requirements Provide education about choices and processes in seeking coverage Offer additional support and engagement to connect them to needed services Will complete associated paperwork, per policy and procedure.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Indiana Navigator and Certified Application Counselor credentials required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained yearly. Fluent in written and oral Spanish required. Experience with public entitlements, insurance, managed care, etc. preferred.
