PATIENT GUIDE
to join our
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
team! Duties include, but are not limited to: Make eye contact, greet, and assist every patient that enters the building through the main entrance. Anticipate the needs of the patient registration staff to keep the process running smooth and timely, often refers patients to clinic reception staff if a backlog is expected. Keep our customers informed of any delays Be a good listener Build relationships with our patients and staff; they will expect to see you and speak with you every time they enter the building. Work with hospital/clinic departments to make the patient experience stress-free by keeping communication open Continuously represent Aspirus Ironwood in a positive manner even outside of working hours. Deliver wheelchairs, food for oncology and clean and dirty instruments.
HOURS:
Part Time; 0.6 FTE or 48 hours per pay period. Day Shift. Experience/Qualifications Knowledge of general office procedures and customer service normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of customer service experience required Previous experience with direct patient care preferred Employee Benefits Full benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.
