Whether managing guest inquiries, coordinating transportation, or handling administrative tasks, your contribution will be key to creating a welcoming atmosphere that residents love. MUST have a valid Class E drivers license and be willing to become CPR certified with-in the first 30 days of hire. Responsibilities Greet visitors, residents, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism at the front desk, providing excellent customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Schedule and coordinate transportation for residents, including appointments, outings, and emergency needs, ensuring timely and safe transfers. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating resident information using computer skills and office management software. Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality.

Skills:

• Experience in Skilled nursing care or hospital settings is preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus
• Familiarity with critical care transport protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient care interactions
