Join our dynamic team at Laverna Manor in Savannah MO. as a Receptionist/Resident Transporter, where you'll be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator for our community. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with resident transportation duties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors and residents alike. Your energetic and organized approach will help foster a warm, professional environment while supporting daily operations. Whether managing guest inquiries, coordinating transportation, or handling administrative tasks, your contribution will be key to creating a welcoming atmosphere that residents love. MUST have a valid Class E drivers license and be willing to become CPR certified with-in the first 30 days of hire. Responsibilities Greet visitors, residents, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism at the front desk, providing excellent customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Schedule and coordinate transportation for residents, including appointments, outings, and emergency needs, ensuring timely and safe transfers. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating resident information using computer skills and office management software. Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality.
Skills:
  • Experience in Skilled nursing care or hospital settings is preferred
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with critical care transport protocols
  • Strong interpersonal skills for patient care interactions
