Requirements Current, nationally recognized personal training/fitness certification required Must be able to provide proof of current certification Previous personal training or coaching experience preferred Professional, dependable, and motivated Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about fitness and helping clients reach their goals Self-motivated go-getter with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently while being part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions Develop workouts based on individual client goals and fitness levels Motivate, educate, and support clients throughout their fitness journey Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term retention Help create a welcoming, motivating gym environment
