Instructors ensure safe practice by demonstrating proper techniques, offering modifications for varying skill levels, and maintaining a supportive, motivating environment. They also contribute to program development, track attendance, and foster a culture of wellness. Essential Functions Design and lead engaging yoga and Zumba classes that promote physical health and mental well-being. Guide structured yoga sessions to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Lead dynamic Zumba routines to enhance cardiovascular endurance and energy. Demonstrate proper techniques and offer modifications for varying skill levels. Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating class environment. Contribute to program development and track class attendance. Foster a culture of wellness aligned with club goals.
