We're building something intentional—modern, welcoming, and designed for real life. Our goal is to create a space where people of all levels feel comfortable showing up, moving their bodies, and finding their flow. We're looking for passionate, reliable, and community-driven instructors to join our founding team. What You'll Do Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured pilates classes (all levels encouraged) Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for every client Offer hands-on adjustments and modifications when appropriate Arrive early, start and end classes on time Support studio culture and community-building efforts Assist with light studio reset between classes (mats, props, etc.) What We're Looking For Certified Pilates instructor Confident teaching in at least one format (Vinyasa, Sculpt, Flow, Restorative, etc.) Strong communication and presence—able to lead a room with confidence and warmth Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for health, wellness, and creating an exceptional client experience

Have experience teaching in boutique studios Can teach multiple formats (heated classes, sculpt, beginner-friendly, etc.) Are interested in growing with a new studio from the ground up Why Join The Flow Studio?
