Duties Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring participants perform routines safely and effectively Motivate clients through energetic coaching, clear communication, and positive reinforcement to maximize engagement and results Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing fitness advice, and fostering a welcoming environment for all participants. Qualifications Proven experience in fitness instruction with a focus on group fitness classes. Certifications in CPR are required Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients and deliver clear instructions in a group setting.
