Job Description

Mind & Body Nest is a boutique integrative wellness practice in Silver Spring offering therapy, coaching, and mind-body healing in a calm, spa-like environment. We are expanding our services and seeking a female Personal Trainer / Movement Specialist to join our collaborative care team. This is an opportunity to work in a unique setting where fitness is integrated with mental health, recovery, and whole-person wellness. We are looking for a warm, grounded, and knowledgeable movement professional who can provide: ⁠ ⁠1:1 personal training sessions in a private studio setting ⁠ ⁠Gentle strength training, functional movement, and mobility work ⁠ ⁠Trauma-informed, body-safe movement experiences ⁠ ⁠Optional small group wellness classes (future expansion) ⁠ ⁠Collaboration with therapists and wellness providers This is not a gym role. This is a healing-centered, boutique wellness environment focused on nervous system regulation, strength, confidence, and sustainable health.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
