Job Description
WBG Sports & Fitness LLC is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to lead 1-on-1 and small group training sessions in Silver Spring, MD. This is a contract (1099) position with afternoon/evening hours (approximately 3:00pm-7:30pm).
Responsibilities:
Design and lead personalized training sessions for clients of varying fitness levels. Provide coaching on proper form, technique, and safety. Track client progress and adjust programs as needed. Maintain a motivating, professional training environment.
Requirements:
Current CPT certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. At least 2 years of experience playing or coaching one of the following sports is preferred: kickboxing, boxing, volleyball, flag football, soccer, or basketball. Reliable transportation to training location. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
$30
