Job Description

Help people build resilience, pursue their goals, and create meaningful paths forward. The Therapist/Individual Resiliency Trainer (IRT) is a key member of a person-centered, integrated team supporting individuals experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP). This role provides therapy, resiliency-focused skill development, and coordinated support that helps people recognize their strengths, build coping strategies, and work toward personal wellness and recovery. Services are provided in both community and office-based settings, with opportunities to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team and connect individuals and families with resources that support whole-person well-being.
