BODYPUMP Instructor:

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition Create a positive class environment that is non-competitive and non-threatening. You will greet participants prior to class/track class attendance, and welcome and motivate all participants. Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction Our Group Fitness Instructors implement group fitness activities while following the mission, goals, and philosophies of the YMCA and are role models and professional representatives of the YMCA. At least 18 years old Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of the Northern Sky CPR/FA Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant (training available!) Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods The employee is 21 years of age or older
