Part-Time (to Full-Time) Personal Trainer (High-Energy, Growth-Focused Gym) We're growing—and we need the right person to grow with us. Our clients show up consistently, work hard, and genuinely enjoy being here—and we're looking for a trainer who brings that same energy to the floor every day. What We're Looking For We're hiring a reliable, high-energy personal trainer who is: Available and willing to consistently work split shifts : Early mornings: 5:00am-9:00am

Afternoons/evenings:

3:00pm-7:00pm Comfortable connecting with people quickly and building trust Willing to offer complimentary sessions to potential clients as part of our sales process Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a team environment Passionate about helping people improve their health, confidence, and strength What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, personalized training sessions Build relationships that keep clients coming back Help convert prospects into long-term clients through intro sessions Be an active, positive presence in our gym community Support a team culture that is welcoming, encouraging, and real Compensation & Growth Potential to earn $40/hour Commission-based pay structure with clear opportunities to increase your percentage based on performance Consistent client flow and opportunity to build your book Room to grow within the company as we expand Be part of a gym where your work actually matters Why Our Gym We're not just a place to work out—we're a place people belong .
