Seeking a Certified Personal Trainer for both our brand new PinnacleFit Gym in Jackson, NJ and our mobile personal training business that operates in the surrounding area! The ideal candidate will be a fitness professional that shares our company core values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and striving for excellence in serving clients and working together as a valuable member of the Pinnacle team. Being passionate about fitness and helping others is a must for this position as well as possessing motivational, relationship building and communication skills. This candidate will be helping members and clients achieve their health and fitness goals by conducting fitness assessments and creating customized exercise programs for members and personal training clients that bring them results. They will also be utilizing fitness software apps to log in client workouts and track client progress.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in a related field) . Certificate of Personal Training
• 1+ years Personal training experience Job Responsibilities Design and implement customized PinnacleFit training programs that help members and personal training clients both on-site and offsite at client locations.

Maintain strong communication and customer service skills to foster positive member and client relationships. Attend monthly team meetings and events.

Compensation & Benefits:
