Schedule Primary availability for this position: Monday through Thursday evenings Friday mornings Additional coaching opportunities may become available based on performance, availability, and studio needs. What Coaching at GameChanger Looks Like GameChanger specializes in personalized small-group strength training for adults 40+ , with up to six members per session. Our coaches do more than run the workout. You will coach movement, teach technique, make adjustments, progress and regress exercises, understand individual goals, and build relationships with members. What You'll Do Coach personalized small-group strength training sessions with up to six members. Provide individualized instruction, feedback, modifications, and progressions. Help members build strength, confidence, and consistency. Learn and deliver the GameChanger coaching system at a high level. Build strong relationships with members and understand what they are working toward. Bring preparation, energy, professionalism, and attention to detail to every session. Take ownership of creating an exceptional member experience. Participate in team training and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training or strength and conditioning certification such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, CSCS, CFSC, or equivalent CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Personal training or coaching experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for helping people become stronger and healthier Compensation $25 to $35 per coaching session , based on experience and qualifications.
