IM=X® Pilates & Fitness is hiring Pilates instructors for our new Delmar studio. We welcome both experienced instructors and motivated candidates who are interested in becoming certified Pilates instructors. Prior Pilates experience is not required for selected candidates entering our training pathway. Responsibilities Teach Semi-Private, Private, and Duet Pilates sessions Provide safe, professional, and engaging instruction Demonstrate proper form and modify exercises when needed Build positive relationships with members Maintain a reliable and professional schedule Participate in required training and continuing education Qualifications Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, energetic, and professional Interest in fitness, movement, and helping others Reformer Pilates or fitness experience preferred, but not required Early morning, evening, or weekend availability is a plus Training Selected candidates may receive tuition-free IM=X® instructor training . Training and certification must be successfully completed before independently teaching. Completion of training does not guarantee employment, scheduled hours, or onboarding. Experienced Pilates instructors may also be considered for Senior Instructor, Lead Instructor, or mentoring opportunities .
