FITNESS COACH
O-Town Iron | Oshkosh, WI Part-Time or Full-Time | Hourly + Growth Opportunity Coach people. Create content. Help us grow. At O-Town Iron, our mission is simple: help people live 10 years longer, 10 years stronger. We're looking for a Fitness Coach & Social Media Team Member who can coach clients at a high level while also helping us grow through social media, content creation, and marketing. This role is for someone who loves fitness, communicates well, builds strong relationships, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career in health and fitness. We want someone who understands that great coaching does not stop on the training floor. It also shows up through brand representation, community engagement, storytelling, and content. What You'll Do Lead semi-private training sessions Coach clients through safe and effective strength training workouts Build relationships and create an outstanding member experience Make exercise modifications and progressions based on client needs Help onboard and retain clients through excellent coaching and accountability Create or assist with social media content including workout videos, coaching tips, client highlights, and educational content Help promote gym offers, events, success stories, and community presence Represent the O-Town Iron brand both in person and online What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Ability to make decisions independently Positive energy and professionalism A passion for fitness, health, and helping people improve their lives A desire to build a long-term career in the fitness industry Comfort with social media, content creation, and being on camera Personal training certification required Coaching experience preferred You'll Probably Be a Great Fit If You Love coaching people and building relationships Take initiative and do not need constant supervision Want to contribute to both client results and gym growth Care deeply about creating a great experience for every person who walks in the door Are excited to help build a strong gym culture and strong online presence This Role Is Probably Not for You If You Only want to coach sessions and leave Struggle with communication or building relationships Need constant hand-holding Avoid feedback or responsibility Have no interest in helping with social media or marketing Our Core Values Integrity Transparency Enthusiastic Optimism Community To Apply Please send your resume and a short message explaining: Why you want to work at O-Town Iron Why you believe you are a strong fit for this role What makes you different from the average trainer Any experience you have with social media, content creation, or marketing
