- Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract We are seeking an experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacist for a short-term contract opportunity with an immediate start.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00PM Location:
Near Burmingham, Alabama Key Responsibilities- Review, check, and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Perform clinical review and final verification of IV medications and TPN formulations.
- Ensure medication orders meet established safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team members as needed.
- Accurately document and process orders using the CareTend system. Requirements
- Current and active Alabama Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Prior infusion pharmacy experience, including strong TPN experience.
- Inpatient pharmacist experience with IV medications and TPN verification will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
