Responsibilities:

Manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication dispensing Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy plans for patients Utilize electronic health record (EPIC) and automated dispensing systems (Pyxis) to enhance workflow and safety Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and pharmacy standards Provide patient counseling and educate staff on new medications or protocols as needed

Qualifications:

Valid California pharmacist license is required Approximately 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably including hospital or inpatient settings Full-time availability to work four 10-hour shifts per week Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication systems is highly desirable

Full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total)
