Job DescriptionWe're seeking a full-time Pharmacist Floater who would be based in Fort Lupton and be able to travel to our other SALUD Pharmacies located in Brighton, Commerce City, Longmont, and Fort Collins, based on where assistance is needed.

Starting hourly pay range is $65.87 to $74.37 per hour Monday to Friday - Available 8 am to 5:30 pm Comprehensive Benefits Package includes:

The Pharmacist approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. This would include patients in the ambulatory setting as well as the corresponding hospital. Adheres to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred
Licensure:
Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the
State of ColoradoExperience:
Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of the principles and practices of general medicineThorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical treatment of a variety of diseases and injuriesMust work well with the other patient care team membersAbility to gain the confidence of patients and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with them and with other employeesAbility to speak Spanish preferredSensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a mustThe application window is anticipated to close by 9/30/26Additional InformationSalud Family Health Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
