Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns to ensure compliance with all regulations and high standards of care. Maintain confidential customer information and adhere to all regulations concerning patient privacy and security. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, and review patient drug therapy. Required Skills Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical therapy and drug interactions. In-depth understanding of health and safety guidelines and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA). Proficient in using pharmacy information systems and technology.
