Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30

PM Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital environment Review and verify medication orders and prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy for patients Utilize

EPIC EMR

system for documentation and medication management Monitor patient responses to medications and provide education as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

Active pharmacist license At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience Proficiency with

EPIC EMR
