REMOTE, must be driving distance from Inspira locations (Vineland, Mullica Hill hospitals in NJ)

Must-Haves:

2+ years of experience operating in a Revenue Cycle environment within a Pharmacy group for any healthcare organization Hands-on experience with pharmacy billing or PBM workflows Hands-on experience with denials, reconciliation, and prior auth Hands-on experience with EOBs, claim edits, and payment variances EMR system exposure (Epic, Cerner, etc.)

Education/Certifications/Licensure:

Earned or willing to receive NJ Pharmacy Technician license within 180 days of employment Certified Pharmacy Tech (PTCB, NHA, ASHP or ACPE) Certified Coder (RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, or COC)

Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist with Pharmacy experience to join a hospital system based in South Jersey. In this role, you will execute end-to-end retail pharmacy AR workflows within Epic Professional Billing including reconciliation and follow-up. You will monitor work queues within Epic PB and reconcile payer remittances (835). You will also manage denials, investigate and resolve credit balances and coordinate refund requests. From an analytics perspective, you will track and report on trends as it relates to AR and identify/voice gaps in workflow or build-related issues impacting revenue cycle performance. This role is primarily remote but must be relatively local to South Jersey in case of a need onsite.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
