Pascack Valley Medical Center, Westwood, NJ Start:

Shift:

7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 11:00 AM-7:30

PM Schedule:

5×8 hours

Pay:

Contact for details Requirements Minimum 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience Active NJ State or Compact license in hand BLS, PharmD, RPh Inpatient IV preparation/compounding experience Epic experience required 50-mile radius rule — no local candidates First-time travelers accepted

Additional Details On-call:

1 week every 3 weeks Weekend coverage: Every third weekend 40 hours orientation 1 RTO request allowed Must complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing #

TeamD Pay:

$3,300.00 per week
