Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication management. Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical recommendations based on individual needs. Compounding medications as required, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Administer immunizations and manage medication administration processes. Utilize pharmacy software, electronic medical records (EMR), and electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, particularly in critical care and pediatrics. Maintain inventory management practices to ensure adequate stock levels of medications. Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and pain management strategies. Uphold HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Coordinate with the hospital and provide input on medication therapy management and discharge planning. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BPharm) from an accredited institution is required. Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology principles.
